The apartment is situated on a 5 star Polaris world golf. One minute from the apartment is an outdoor mini gym, 2 table tennis tables, and petanque.  There is also a walking track round the island.  As well as golf the resort has tennis, a gym and football. La Isla has 2 beautiful outdoor pools with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

 

For those wanting more activity, there is walking and cycling in the nearby Sierra Espuna. Horse riding is approximately 30 minutes from the apartment, whilst there is white water rafting and quad biking from a centre on the mountain.  

 

It is lesss than 20 minutes drive from the stunning blue flag beaches of Bolnuevo and Mazzaron bay and there is scuba diving from Puerto de Marrazon.  

 

The historic cities of Cartegena and Murcia are well worth a visit.  A train from nearby Alhama de Murcia goes into Murcia city.  Excellent vineyards are to be found in Bullas, Jumilla and Yecla.
